SHIPPING POLICY

We offer 3-5 working day shipping using Royal Mail.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our swimwear is non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. 

However, By Novaeh run an Exchange Only policy on the rest of our products. Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so here at By Novaeh we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment (excluding swimwear) that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

It is important to note that shipping costs are not covered by us when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

FAULTY ITEM 
If there is a fault with your item please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We have a range of customer service channels available, such as @bynovaeh on Instagram and @bynovaeh on Twitter. We are here to help!

DISCOUNTS

Our discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other or used during a live Sale. By Novaeh reserves the right to suspend or modify discount codes at any time. Codes must be entered before purchase, and correctly at checkout for the discount to be applied. We do not currently offer Student Discount.
